Luxury Villa: LA AHUMADA
"La Ahumada" is an old farmhouse dating from the eighteen century and located within Alcornocales (Cork Trees) Natural Park. The house has been renovated while maintaining its rustic style, buy it is equipped with all modern amenities of a luxury villa: one staff person for maintenance of various buildings, garden, heated pool, chipping and putting green golf, gym, etc. It is located in a privileged place in the main road of mountain biking "Los Alcornocales" Natural Park, 10 minutes drive from Tarifa, which allow visitors to enjoy both an active, multi- adventure holidays: trekking, mountain biking, golf, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc, as well as a great place for relax and meditation.
With a plot of 3000 m2 enclosed by a high stone wall, consists of several structures that allow the service also accommodate up to 6 adults in separate rooms and 3 children. (Maximum capacity, using all the beds is 8 adults and 3 children).
The main house is equipped with a large living room with TV, DVD, satellite television, Internet access, fireplace, heating, air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large window that lets you enjoy stunning sea views and the valley of cork-trees. This house has two large terraces, a beautiful rustic front terrace with a small well with a fountain, ideal for lunch or dinner outside the house and a covered terrace, that have a dual use: room for windy days and Balinese bed. In addition we have a separate guest bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and covered terrace.
At the top there is another building dedicated to gym, equipped with all the components needed for a complete workout with weights, pulleys and aerobic equipment.
The garden is probably one of the main attractions of "La Ahumada": BBQ, the garden, its trees, its grass prairie and especially the artificial grass, golf green and bunker, to approach and putt, allowing you to train and improve your short game and the great swimming pool with pergola furnished, bathroom, wardrobe and with a special sliding cover, allowing you to enjoy it with all weather conditions, day or night. There is also an Outdoor tropical Shower with hot and cold water to ensure you a pleasant ending of your bath.
The house price includes a staff of one person for the maintenance of the house, garden, swimming pool. Service staff live in a separate house, which allow our tenants to enjoy full privacy, while it has all the amenities of a full service (except from Saturday 14:00H untill Monday 08:00H, days off for staff)
